Returning an item

A. For purchases made "online" you can receive a refund within 7 days provided that all labels attached to the item have not been removed and/or returned within The packaging was as delivered, the item was not used and the item returned in exactly the same condition as it was sent.
*In the case of selling shoes - the buyer has 24 hours to update if the size is not good or if the item is damaged or significantly different from what was described before the purchase.
b. In case of returning an item - a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount will be charged.
C. The return of the product will be made in the same way as the payment in which the purchase was made.
D. Shipping fees (if paid) - will not be refunded in case of transaction cancellation.
God. The item can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that all labels attached to the item have not been removed, the item has not been used and the item has been returned in exactly the same condition as it was sent.

g. The buyer has 24 hours from the moment of receiving the shipment to report that the item is damaged or significantly different from what was described before the purchase - in this case a full credit will be made without a cancellation fee.
H. The return will be made independently or through a courier who will collect the item from you with an additional payment of NIS 40 for the delivery.
